Implementation of door leaf doublings

Keku^® AD 30 is the best solution for pre-assembling the wooden frame with a thickness of 30mm. In case of a classic sandwich construction the outer doubling is then screwed directly to the Keku^® AD 30 and the inner doubling is conveniently suspended using the Keku® EH panel components.

The wooden frame (in any thickness) is fitted with the Keku^® AD 15. Rectangular pockets measuring 20mm x 138mm x 15mm (W x H x D) are milled in and pre-drilled holes are produced for the screw connections for the fittings. Then the doubling is suspended with the Keku^® panel component with a lip.

Tip:
Depending on the material thickness, the rectangular pockets can be milled halfway into the frame and halfway into the doubling.
