Keku® room system, practical application solutions

For wall and ceiling claddings and partition walls

Professionally install inspection panels/maintenance hatches

In order to ensure access to the increasingly important building services engineering systems, inspection panels are becoming essential. That is not a problem with the Keku® room system. 3D wall spacers and M8 threaded rods in any length are used to ensure the required wall distance.

Thanks to the Keku® ASR, the inspection panels arranged in this way can be pushed open from the front. In many cases, inspection openings can also be designed as doors and attached to the support profile with matching concealed hinges.

For wide and consequently heavier doors, the Keku® ASR fittings can be installed on the opposite side of the hinge, thus preventing the doors from lowering. The inspection panels with the Keku® ASR fittings must be removed in a straight line to the front to avoid overstretching the fittings. 3-point suction lifters have proven to be useful auxiliary tools for releasing the inspection hatches from suction-resistant material surfaces.
