4 Collection of general information
Collection of general information:
When you access our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise submit information, information of a general nature is collected automatically. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and so forth.

In particular, it is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring smooth use of our website

6 Contact form
Type and purpose of the processing:
The data you enter will be stored in order to communicate with you individually. A company, name, first name, e-mail, telephone, subject and message are necessary for this. This serves to assign the request and the subsequent response to it. Entering further data is optional.

Legal basis:
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f of the GDPR).
We provide the contact form to make it easier for you to get in touch with us. The information you provide will be stored so that we can process your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions you may have.

If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR

Storage period:
Data will be deleted no later than 6 (six) months after the request has been processed.
If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to the statutory retention periods in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data once these periods have expired.

Provision of personal data::
You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis. We can only process your request, however, if you provide us with your name, e-mail address and the reason for the request.

7 Google Analytics
Type and purpose of the processing:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: “Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a server belonging to Google in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union and in other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis, solely based on your consent. If you prevent access to this data, this may restrict the functionality of the website.

Revocation of consent:
You can configure your browser to prevent the storage of cookies; however, we wish to point out that in this case you may not be able to enjoy the full functionality of this website. Type and purpose of the processing:
In order to display our content correctly and in a graphically appealing layout across various browsers, we use “Google Web Fonts” from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”) to display fonts on this website.

Storage period::
We do not collect any personal data via the integration of Google Web Fonts.

Type and purpose of the processing:

By visiting the website, Google is provided with information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This is carried out regardless of whether Google provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account.
If you do not want this assignment to take place in your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. 10 Google reCAPTCHA
Type and purpose of the processing:
We have integrated the anti-spam function “reCAPTCHA” from “Google” (Google Ireland Limited, Reg. No.: 368047, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on our website. The use of “reCAPTCHA” in our forms allows us to determine whether the input was made by a machine (robot) or a human. When using the service, your IP address and any other data required for this purpose may be transmitted to Google servers in the USA.
The purpose of processing this data is to prevent spam and fraud, as well as to serve our economic interest in optimising our website.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph, 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR, which also relates to the above purposes.

11 Embedded YouTube videos
Type and purpose of the processing:
YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter “YouTube”) is the operator of the corresponding plugins. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This informs YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.
You can find additional information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube in the provider’s data protection declarations. This also provides you with additional information about your rights in this regard and optional settings to protect your privacy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Storage duration and revocation of consent:
